Short yet effective
I have arthritis at a young age, and have been looking for ways to ease the pain. The rSeries exercises are extremely informative and powerful tools for stretching and invoking energy. Thank you.
Verry efficent exercise for relaxing my shoulders and neck, I practice daily, only takes a few minutes, Excellant results

I got the started with the rSpine exercise about five weeks ago, and this one a couple weeks later. I do both at least once a day now. For some reason, it seems best to do this one first and rSpine second.
What a terrific way to improve the function of my body on many levels! I feel most fortunate to have stumbled across this high-quality form of guided movement.
I am very grateful to the teacher and will continue to check each week to see if any new exercises are added to this series in the App Store.
